Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room I stayed in was a bit small and not that clean; with the bed almost touching the wall, it was a tight fit to move around. Sadly, the view was also disappointing. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who made my stay pleasant and seamless.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms, though small, were clean and absolutely sufficient for our short stay. The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the midst of all the activities we had planned. The service was a bit lacking initially, but the staff eventually became more helpful. The dining options were more than adequate, and the attached venue next door offered plenty to eat. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting our needs during the stay.
The hotel's rooms were a bit small but had a view over neighbouring roofs towards the harbor. The location was convenient with a bus stop downstairs, though it could get noisy. The service was excellent, with helpful staff ordering taxis promptly. The dining options were good but somewhat limited, especially for those preferring Western food.
I stayed at the hotel, and overall, I had a mixed experience. The hotel had a famous name and offered a skyline view from the rooms, which was impressive. However, the rooms were still unclean with a weird/humid smell, suggesting they had been vacant for some time. This made me uncomfortable due to visible dust in some areas.
The hotel rooms were quite disappointing due to the total darkness, extra charges for basic amenities, and smaller size than advertised, making nighttime navigation challenging. The service, on the other hand, was above expectations with friendly and helpful staff, although some rooms were incorrectly assigned. Despite the inconvenience, the location was ideal for reaching tourist spots, especially the Quays, but lacked certain toiletries. The dining options, presented in plastic boxes, were underwhelming, pointing out the limited variety and late start time.
The hotel offers good and very clean rooms with full facilities, although a bit small and pricey, especially during busy periods like the Formula One race weekend or generally high prices in Singapore. The service is wonderful and excellent, particularly responsive to resolving issues and staff who are extremely pleasant, obliging, and caring. The location is fantastic, centrally located in Singapore, with easy access to transportation, dining options, and helpful staff. The dining experience was good with a variety of choices but could be improved in terms of setup. Overall, a well-decorated and immaculate place for a stay in Singapore.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable, although not particularly spacious. The service was very helpful and accommodating. The location was superb, allowing easy access to all attractions. The dining options were basic but decent. Although the rooms lacked space, the overall experience was enjoyable and convenient.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and very cozy beds. The service was prompt, and the staff were polite and quick to assist. Its central location is ideal for exploring Singapore city, with easy access to top attractions. Dining options were varied but could use some improvements. Overall, a good value for money choice.
The hotel is in a lively area with lots of restaurants and clubs right in the city center. The rooms were modern, clean, and equipped with tea/coffee making facilities. However, the lack of WiFi service and TV was disappointing, and the service staff seemed unresponsive to requests.
The hotel is situated in a prime location facing the road, which may not be suitable for light sleepers due to traffic noise. The rooms, although slightly small, contain all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, the space is somewhat limited, allowing only enough room to move from one area to another.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its ideal central location, exceptionally comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. Despite some dining limitations and room size, the overall experience was delightful.
